Monica was born and raised in Southern California and has just recently moved to Ventura County. Monica joined our team in April of 2022. She comes to us with a lengthy background in toxic torts/products liability litigation and has ample experience litigating very complex and challenging cases. Working at a prestigious law firm in Long Beach for many years, she represented individuals who had been seriously injured from exposures to toxic chemical products.
Monica earned a Bachler of Arts in Law and Society at University of California at Santa Barbara, and earned her Juris Doctorate at Southwestern University School of Law. While she enjoyed litigating toxic tort cases, she wanted to work more closely with the people for whom she was fighting, her clients. Family Law is the perfect fit for her.
